**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Regional Coordinator, Americas/Europe to join International, International Portfolio, Chancellery Division.
The Regional Coordinator, Europe & Americas will contribute towards the marketing, recruitment and business and partnership development activities in the region. This position reports to the Regional Manager, Europe & Americas for supervision, workload management and for Performance Planning and Review (PPR).

**About the Chancellery Division**
Chancellery Division is responsible for strategy, including Indigenous strategy, government relations and policy, assurance and risk, international, marketing and communications, and business development. The Chancellery Division is led by the Vice-Chancellor and President.
**About the International Portfolio**
The International Portfolio in the Chancellery Division leads QUT’s international strategy, international student recruitment activities, and international student mobility and exchange programs. As part of the International Portfolio, QUT International supports QUT’s ‘real world’ positioning in teaching and research by seeking and servicing international, local and internal partnerships
**What you need to succeed**
This role is dynamic and collaborative, and you will enjoy delivering service and operational excellence that ensures an exceptional experience for QUT students.
You will demonstrate:
1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree in business, marketing, or public relations with at least four years of experience in an international marketing and recruitment role.
2. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing effective marketing activities from planning to implementation in Europe and the Americas regions.
3. Demonstrated high-level written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly present, consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.
4. Evidence of highly developed organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage time and high-volume tasks efficiently within competing deadlines.
5. Demonstrated ability to contribute to global partnerships and relationships which add value to the university.
6. Demonstrated ability to collaborate positively and work effectively in a team environment, to ensure that a high level of client service is maintained.
