**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Program Integration Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take the lead on a variety of program integration related tasks as well as managing and supporting several critical Defence projects.

The program oversees a range of integration for Defence and you will also get to work on smaller acquisition projects that will support this platform. You will have a direct line to the key decision makers and will play a large part in influencing and shaping the direction of critical projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delegation and management of project tasks to the various project teams
- Oversee migration of projects and sustainment baselines
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Ensure future project cost projections are completed
- Data management and analysis
- Ensure project schedules are adhered to and ready to go on time

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Experience within the Defence industry
- Project management qualifications eg. Diploma or Bachelor
- Experience in a program management role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on projects
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance and be able to upgrade if required (Must be an Australian citizen)
