- **Program Test Manager | Higher Education | Large Program**:

- **Based in Adelaide CBD | 3 days on site / 2 WFH - No Remote**:
As the Program Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes within a major IT program, representing the organisation in collaboration with a systems integration partner. The systems integration partner is accountable for the delivery of testing across three - five major releases, with multiple streams of testing that overlap, adding complexity to the testing process. As the Program Test Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the thoroughness and efficacy of the testing activities including right stakeholder engagement at the right time.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in a Senior Test Manager / Test Director or similar role within large-scale IT programs.
- Proven track record of managing complex testing processes with multiple overlapping streams.
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical teams and business users.
- Experience in defining testing scope, documenting and executing test cases, and reporting defects in SIT and UAT.
- Familiarity with governance processes related to testing, including 'go / no go' decisions and test completion sign-offs.
- Competency using Jira, Zephyr and Confluence will be required for this role.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher qualification in information Technology, Test Program Management or a related discipline
- Professional Testing qualifications (E.g. ISTQB)
- Agile Certifications (E.g. CSM, SAFe)

**Desirable experience skills**:

- Previous Higher Education experience is desirable.
- Progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- 10+ years demonstrated, hands-on experience in a Program Test Management position.
- Worked as part of an agile, cross-functional team.
