**Job Title**:**Vice President - Sales

**Reports to**: Managing Director

**Job Type**: Full Time

Murcotts Driving Excellence is looking to grow its team by adding a senior member of its management team. We are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Vice President of Sales. This role will report directly to the Managing Director, will supervise Business Development team members, and will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a sales team across the Australian market, including developing and executing sales strategic plans, hunting for new leads and opportunities and building key customer relationships.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets across multiple regions and markets.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, including forecasting, planning, and budgeting
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive business opportunities and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and objectives
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive sales strategies
- Mentor, coach, and develop the sales team to maximise their potential and performance
- Other duties as assigned

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience with sales forecasting and planning

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Experience using and managing CRM tools
- Platform Experience (preferred, but not required): Google Workspace, Filemaker

**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
- Competitive total salary package including base salary $100K, car allowance $20K, superannuation, and KPI/performance-based uncapped bonuses
- OTE = $300K+

Murcotts Driving Excellence is Australia's oldest and most respected driver training company. The business was founded in 1969 by the late Jim Murcott.

The company provides training programs to over 17,000 motorists a year at venues in each major capital city and various regional centres around Australia, ranging from Defensive Driving courses, to 4WD programs to High Performance days all the way to Security Driving courses for government and UHNW individuals, and their businesses.

The company has recently been acquired by Eight Black, a global provider of secure ground transportation and executive protection services.
