**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

A globally recognised organisation who are a market leader specialising in a diverse range of services that cater for the professional services industry. Based in Macquarie Park they pride themselves on exceptional customers service to their clients and strong employee engagement due to their supportive management and teams.

This role would suit someone with a proactive nature who has ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support their offshore transactional accounting team
- Monitoring customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other discrepancies
- Consistently following up on delinquent accounts to continuously improve cash inflows
- AR management for ledger consisting of accounts in APAC
- Managing and reconciliation of major customer accounts.
- Proactively ensuring customer has scheduled payments within payment terms
- Assess whether deductions, credits and disputes are valid by checking with sales account manager and/or logistics team
- Monitoring aged analysis and keeping aged percentages within management targets
- Cash allocations
- Identifying and minimizing credit risks

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1 -3 Years' experience in a similar role
- SAP systems experience preferred but not essential
- Great stakeholder management skills
- The ability to learn new systems and processes
- Sound investigative skills, with great attention to detail
