Credit Manager job, working in North Sydney for a start-up organisation within Commercial Lending

**Your new company**

Join an expanding Australian Non-Bank Lender who are rated for providing great service to their brokers and customers with fast and flexible solutions Due to the growing market and business coming through, they are seeking a Credit Manager to join their team and be part of the successful journey they are creating.

**Your new role**

Working as a Commercial Lending Credit Manager you will be;
- Working with the Managing Director to develop and build out the credit model and matrix
- Leading a back-office processing team, while creating forecasting plans for team expansion based on volumes
- Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the role
- Assisting with complex credit decisioning and advising your team on how to think outside the box
- Submitting and presenting credit deals to the Managing Director if it is outside of the DLA limits.
- Leading and coaching on credit and processing
- Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience as a Credit Leader/Manager
- A DLA held within Commercial Lending at a Senior Level
- Exposure to unsecured and secured lending
- Experience in creating and implementing new policies/processes
- People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
- An innovative and go-getter approach
