**About the role**

OneCare currently have an exciting **Full-Time** opportunity for a skilled and motivated Property Services Coordinator to join our team at Bishop Davies Court. This position is responsible for undertaking maintenance and grounds activities to a high standard in accordance with the relevant legislation/acts and OneCare standards, plans, policies and guidelines. The position is also accountable for coordinating and responding to maintenance activities for Bishop Davies Court.

As **Property Services Coordinator** the successful applicant will:

- Review and develop the facilities maintenance and works programs.
- Ensure all buildings meet service requirements and are WH&S compliant.
- Manage staff including the allocation of work and performance management.
- Lead and implement WH&S policy, procedure and processes throughout the facility.
- Assist with contract management. Coordinate & deliver gardening and maintenance assistance.

**What you bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in coordination of commercial facilities management including the supervision of a maintenance team.
- Motivation and a passion to provide excellent service to our residents
- Warm and friendly personality
- Able to work autonomously
- Committed to safe work practices
- Working knowledge of relevant legislative, regulatory and industry requirement.
- Current unrestricted Drivers Licence.
