The Ateco Group is the largest independent, privately-owned motor vehicle distributor in Australia. In the Australian market we represent LDV, Maserati, Ram Trucks and Renault, wholesaling close to 30,000 vehicles in the last 12 months. We have a history spanning more than 30 years in developing and delivering automotive brands to the Australian and New Zealand market, covering luxury vehicles, performance pick up trucks and economical commercial vehicles.

**An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as a Customer Service Specialist within our Group Aftersales Team. **This role works to ensure customer issues are handled effectively, quickly and efficiently ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming customer relations enquiries escalated from our contact centre and directing responses.
- Monitoring and directing responses to customer relations enquiries raised via social media platforms.
- Interface with Parts & Service personnel to effect satisfactory resolution of customer issues as they arise.
- Assist with any escalated customer relations issues including preparation of responses and assistance with any legal issues arising.
- Responsible for day-to-day data processing and administration tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role, especially experience dealing with customer issues and complaints.
- Intermediate level experience in all microsoft office products including microsoft excel.
- An interest in the automotive industry and cars in general is not essential but it helps

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
