Brewing Materials Specialist

We are looking for a **Brewing Materials Specialist**to join our diverse brewing team here in Sydney on a **12-14 Month Contract**basis.

**A day in the life**

You will manage Brewing raw materials from delivery through to use, conduct quality inspections and maintain appropriate stock levels on site. Support & provide expertise with product quality compliance; Support production teams by being a key part of Raw material management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Safety**: Promote safe work practices, PPE compliance, and safety issue resolution
- ** Quality & Environment**: Maintain SEQIS & SAP specs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
- ** Delivery & Performance**: Manage inventory, quality control, material movements, and problem-solving (5Y, DMAIC, FIT). Working with suppliers to coordinate logistics
- ** Improvement & Systems**: Support quality initiatives, lead improvements, and coach team members
- ** Lion Team Expectations**: Promote safety culture, continuous learning, and system/process improvements

**What You Need**:

- Attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and time management
- Forklift licence (preferred, training available)

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- Manufacturing (preferably beverage/FMCG)
- SAP, SEQIS, Excel, statistical tools
- Procurement/materials background preferred
- Brewing General Certificate (preferred)
