Join Australian Retirement Trust (ART) as a **Security Specialist - Threat Management** In this permanent role, you'll be a key player in our Information Security business unit, working closely with various teams across Technology, Risk and Compliance, Managed Service Providers, and external security partners. Your main goal will be to ensure that our information security threat management activities and procedures are effectively implemented and coordinated, providing positive assurances to the business.
As a Security Specialist - Threat Management, you'll be responsible for a range of activities, including overseeing User Access Reviews (UARs), and Third-Party Security Assessments (TPSAs).

**About you**
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you’ll tick some of the following boxes too:
- Degree in business, information security, risk management, project management or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability in managing peer related relationships across a broad range of business functions within a mid-sized corporate environment.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, prioritise and work within multiple and/or competing activities to achieve outcomes within expected timeframes.
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to take on new challenges and be able to confidently adapt to change.
- Well-developed influencing skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- A continuous improvement focus, with the proven ability to constructively challenge the status quo.
