**Key Responsibilities**: As an EL2 Procurement Officer, you will:

- Lead and manage a team tasked with implementing a cutting-edge procurement support model.
- Drive improvements in procurement systems, processes, and framework.
- Enhance the departments procurement capabilities.
- Provide expert procurement advice and support to various business areas.

**Your Duties**: Your role will encompass:

- Proactively engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration in pursuing strategic opportunities, problem-solving, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Offering effective support to the Minister and Senior Executives through analysis, advice, and innovative solutions that inform decision-making.
- Identifying and implementing staff capability building opportunities and optimising capacity to meet competing priorities.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the Branch/Division through participation in business improvement initiatives and planning.
