**_Smart Energy._**From two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay to 11 sales offices worldwide including America and the bright and sunny UK, it is safe to say we are making a lot of noise in the industry, in just five laps around the sun. From selling solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, all the way through to virtual power plants,
**_Smart Energy_** is putting solar on the map.We are looking to introduce a Junior Graphic Designer, to join us in our journey helping Australian home owners tackle their rising energy costs and go greener. With these increases in costing, we are seeing renewable energy sources in high demand, resulting in a growing need for digital design to help optimise our customer journey. Reporting directly to the company Director, this role will help you develop your existing digital design skills and will provide you with the opportunity to reach your career goals in a company that is really making a difference.
**Every day, you’ll be**:

- Work with Stakeholders, briefing and advising them in regards to design, format, print production and timelines
- Be accountable for brand management and marketing deliverables from a creative perspective.
- Identify and implement creative solutions to continuously improve brand engagement through digital and print channels
- Continuously conduct research, analyse findings, develop and execute solutions based on business objectives
- Get your hands dirty on productive jobs / rolling out campaigns

**You must have**:

- Experience working across print and digital channels
- Experience using Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
- Proficient in Figma (or other web-design tools)
- Basic understand of web analytics tools
- Basic understanding of marketing objectives, channels and consumer behaviour

**Bonus points**:

- Have experience in a similar role, either Design or Marketing
- Qualifications linked to Design or Marketing
