We at DJ&A are looking for the 
onsite
 
Packaging Designer/Artworker
 to bring ideas to life across packaging, point-of-sale and brand collateral and digital assets. In this role, you'll work closely with the design and NPD teams to deliver on-brand, print-ready designs that are compliant with different market standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on balancing creativity with precision - from shaping engaging concepts to ensuring flawless final artwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Prepare clean, press-ready artwork across a variety of formats.
  • Adapt existing concepts into different sizes and applications.
  • Contribute to layout development and creative problem-solving.
  • Support range extensions by rolling out designs from existing concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency and production accuracy across all outputs.
  • Produce hard copy and digital mock-ups for presentation and evaluation.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of artwork and photography assets.

About You

  • Qualification in Graphic Design (or equivalent) with 
    4+ years' experience
    , ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both 
    creative design and final artwork execution
    .
  • Proven experience in 
    packaging design
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of 
    print processes and packaging guidelines
    .
  • Exceptional attention to detail,
     organisation, and time management.
  • A 
    creative problem solver
    , equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Curious, communicative, and open to feedback.
