Dominion is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Strata Manager to join our growing team

As a strata manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your own portfolio.

Key Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in strata management (junior and assistant roles considered)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with PropertyIQ strata software an advantage but not essential - training will be provided
- Working knowledge of the Strata Titles Act 1985 and the Strata (Titles) General Regulations 2019, and other relevant legislation

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing budgets and financial operations for the schemes in your own manageably-sized portfolio
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and their residents
- Acting upon direction from the Council of Owners by enforcing by-laws and regulations, and acting as a point of contact for the Council of Owners
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair work on common property

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Osborne Park, WA 6017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- strata management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
