This is a new opportunity for a highly capable Training Coordinator to join our QLD WHSE&T team, supporting the training needs across multiple sites in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. In this role, you will play an important part of the team, responsible for ensuring that employees and relevant personnel receive the necessary training and that the business is compliant with all relevant workplace and industry standards, regulations, policies, and legislation.
Working with the Training Manager you will coordinate project training schedules and logistics for all staff; maintain all training data and documents on the Multiplex operating systems; provide data for project reporting; identify and identify training opportunities; assist with Construction Sills Queensland requirements; assess effectiveness of current training programs and assist with site-based inductions.
