Training Coordinator

Immediate start | Field based position
- Work closely with frontline teams in a portfolio of venues
- $75k + super + $15k car allowance + TOT

We are proud to be partnering exclusively with our client for the recruitment of Training Coordinator based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

This is a field based position, so it is an essential requirement of this role to travel between the venues in this territory on a visitation cycle.

This is an amazing opportunity for a hospitality trainer/facilitator from cafes chains/QSR/Restaurant Groups to join this aggressively growing business. This role reports directly to the National Training Consultant.

**The Role**:
This position is responsible for
**assisting** with training and delivering on the customer experience piece through both online and practical frontline training in your territory.

More specifically, this role entails the following key accountabilities:

- Frontline team training in store
- Drive consistency of standards of service in all stores
- Train and assist in the onboarding and induction of all new frontline team members
- Assist with training managers until they’re ready to take full ownership of their store
- Follow the schedule training on a monthly basis in collaboration with the National Training Consultant
- Coordinate and facilitate training for all new café teams prior to new store opening and post-opening with the National Training Consultant and the State Area Manager
- Identify emerging talent with the assistance of managers to create effective succession planning
- Assess and report weekly on training outcomes on to the National Training Consultant
- Ensure trainee-ships are successfully conducted and new eligible team members are signed up
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of training activities to the management team
- Lead the training program for new stores
- Ensure successful execution of new products, procedures and processes in store
- Lead the training for new platforms (design layouts, service platform) and other business initiatives
- Have experience as a hospitality trainer - At least 1 years’ experience in leading or driving the training and development programs in a hospitality business
- Ability to facilitate training programs, or eager and willing to learn
- Want to own the role and be proactive in getting the job done
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Passionate about training and development
- Strong influencer of change

- Be available and follow through in supporting your teams
- Ability to travel locally between the venues on a visitation cycle
- Have a collaborative and systematic approach to daily tasks
- Proven track record on facilitating training and reporting
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
