We are looking for a dispatch officer for a medication management company.

About the Job:

- Monday to Friday
- 9 am to 5 pm
- $30.81/hr + Super
- Long term ongoing work with view to go perm after 6 months depending on work attendance and performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Check delivery documents to ensure accurate goods and quantities for customers.
- Conduct visual quality checks before delivery.
- Report any issues promptly to the Dispatch Manager.
- Provide drivers with accurate paperwork and necessary equipment.
- Enter data accurately in the company's software system called WINPCS and transport contractor's system.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate loading with warehouse and production teams.
- Perform pre-delivery checks.
- Track deliveries for timely arrival, coordinating with customers and transport providers.
- Handle phone inquiries efficiently.

About You:

- Experience in stores and dispatch is preferred.
- Willingness to be trained on the in-house system they use.
- Work well within deadlines and under pressure.
- Follow instructions and work independently.
- Provide innovative and proactive solutions.
- Have a can-do attitude with a focus on getting things right the first time.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Desire to develop a diverse skill set.
- Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental regulations.
