We’re seeking a cheerful and confident Front of House Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

**You are**

Looking to get your first role in an agency. You’re proactive, professional and have strong administrative and customer service skills. You are positive, welcoming and an effective communicator who sweats the small stuff and manages their time to a tee. And of course, you’re digi-savvy and know your way around the MS Office Suite.

**The role**

As our Front of House Receptionist, you will:

- Effectively perform admin and ad hoc duties in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Be the friendly voice on the end of the line and the first face you see at the agency. You’ll also be the main point of contact with building management for any office issues.
- Manage the office facilities, kitchen and supplies — co-ordinating meeting rooms, catering, deliveries, couriers and more.
- Report to the Business Support Manager and work closely with a supportive team.

This is a 12-month contract role.
