Lendlease Canberra are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team to support the delivery of our long-term pipeline in Canberra.

This role will see you supervising site activities and coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Supervisor or Site Manager role working on large scale construction projects, ideally $50 million or above.- Relevant trade, and/or building construction management qualifications.- Experience overseeing major trade packages, across all disciplines.- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.- An ability to coordinate and organise teams and manage subcontractors to work effectively.
