**Primary Purpose**:
The SA State Emergency Service (SASES) is a highly trained, responsive and effective emergency service agency with a key role in ensuring the safety of all South Australians.
- Proven experience in administration and reception roles, with a strong focus on customer service and organisational support; including undertaking basic research to achieve outcomes for projects and other tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work under limited supervision and use initiative to prioritise work to meet agreed deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating logistics for meetings, training and other events.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
