As an Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities include:

- Provide assistance with meeting support including room booking, preparation, minutes, agendas and document dissemination
- Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic filing system for records in the area, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information
- Develop internal and external networks to ensure the dissemination of information in the right format to the right people at the right time, and to build relationships and contacts to facilitate the future exchange of information
- Promote the Vision and goals of the organisation both internally and externally, with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Cooperate with all health and safety policies and procedures of Chisholm and take all reasonable care that your actions or omissions do not impact on the health and safety of others.
- Ensure consistency with the Child Safe Standards and respond in accordance with Chisholm’s policies and agreed practices.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing administrative support and service excellence in a complex working environment.

**Qualifications required for the role**
- Relevant qualifications at a minimum of Certificate IV level in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role
