**Your new company**

Community Safety Advocates are needed for Perth's Eastern Metropolitan Region with a highly reputable local council.

Community Safety Advocates will work within a 24-hour - 7 day a week rotational roster, which may include attending to after-hours call-outs as and when required.

**Your new role**

Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Providing high quality services in line with the City's policies and procedures
- Responding to customer requests to maintain the upkeep of the City
- Data Management and use of word and other technologies
- Issue caution and infringement notices
- Liaising with other City personnel
- Plan & schedule proactive inspections and surveillance of community infrastructure assets

**What you'll need to succeed**
- C-Class driving Licence
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Experience in Customer Advocacy role
- Experience working with local government is highly desirable.
