- Conduct regular reconciliations between People Operations records and Casino Authority systems to verify licensing status, functions, and qualifications.
- Provide expert advice to People Operations staff and Senior Management on licensing matters, including interpretation of relevant policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.
- Prepare and coordinate formal responses to inquiries from regulatory authorities regarding employee licensing.
**About You**
You are highly organised, meticulous, and thrive in environments that require precision and compliance. You’re comfortable managing large volumes of information and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. You’re also flexible, with the ability to work from the Brisbane CBD office 3-4 days per week and remotely on other days.
**What You Bring**
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative, HR, or legal support role.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including those at senior levels.
- Proven experience working in a highly regulated environment, ideally involving collaboration with government agencies or regulatory bodies.
- Experience using HR or document management systems, with a strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
**Benefits**

- Lifestyle discounts, including gym memberships, retail offers, and dry-cleaning services.
- Paid parental leave from Day 1, with secondary carer’s leave also available.
- Access to mental health and well-being services.
