**About the role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Castlemaine team, supporting Operations and Farms as key partner, advisor, and coach.
This role will require a strong focus in leading and supporting ER matters and case management whilst developing management capability.
You will support the implementation of a broad range of People & Performance policies and initiatives within Don with the aim of assisting the Company to meet its vision, values, responsibilities and business objectives, as well as cyclical People and Performance processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and mentor leaders for effective people performance
- Partner with leaders to accurately interpret and comply with relevant industrial instruments, policies and procedures.
- Build organisational capabilities through identifying gaps and implementing scalable and bespoke solutions as required.
- Strengthen leadership capability by supporting relevant leaders with all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide support and advice to leaders to build a high-performance culture including supporting change initiatives across the portfolio.
- Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders including union delegates and officials.
- Support the business in driving higher employee engagement and improved employee experience at all stages throughout employment.
- Provide guidance, support and direction for other People and Performance team members.

**About you**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Studies
- Demonstrated broad generalist HR experience in complex and fast based environments
- Extensive Employee Relations experience (Highly Desirable)
- Previous experience in a blue-collar operation or site-based environment (Highly desirable)
- A successful track record in persuading and influencing managers to implement best practice HR policies and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvement.
- HR Project experience including change management
