**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of People Programs, this role is key to ensuring Don’s reporting compliance with the Jobs Victoria Grant requirements whilst providing support in attracting and retaining labour at Don Smallgoods. In the short term this role will focus on establishing effective reporting processes and templates, effective document management and supporting a range of initiatives focusing on employee attraction.

**Please note this Is a 12-month contract role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring compliance of the Jobs Vic Project through the accurate maintenance of records, collation of compliance reporting and liaison with external auditors.
- Supporting the People Program team with project documentation relating to the Jobs Vic Grant and coordination of media opportunities on-site.
- Preparing accurate and timely project reporting whilst collating program level risks and maintaining filing structure for Jobs Vic.
- Conducting research and evaluation of government and community partnership opportunities to support the Jobs Vic Grant and People Programs.

**About you**:

- High level of resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively to deliver desired outcomes.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Business desirable.
- Qualifications in Project and/or Change Management desirable.
