**Job Description Summary**

Are you a highly motivated property professional with a passion for data, market insights, and high-profile transactions? Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales team in Melbourne is growing - and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Analyst to join us.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders. You’ll play a key role in supporting major property sales and driving market intelligence that fuels strategic decision-making and client success.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Gather and analyze property sales data locally and nationally to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Support end-to-end marketing processes by developing detailed property reports and compelling pitch documents.
- Build and manage property databases, client records, and sales pipelines using internal platforms.
- Conduct cash flow modelling at the property level and contribute to campaign due diligence responses.
- Collaborate with brokers, marketing, valuation, and research teams to deliver exceptional service and campaigns.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance or economics.
- Previous experience in an Analyst, Assistant Valuer, or Valuer role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of commercial property value drivers and basic financial modelling.
- Confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
