The wealth management business consists of three distinct brands in addition to Perpetual Private - Fordham, Jacaranda financial planning and Priority Life - offering a unique mix of wealth management, advice and trustee services. With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.

About the role

Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management As the Finance Database Administrator, you will:
- Cube Design and Creation:- Create and design TM1 cubes to support various business analyses.-
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective TM1 models.-
- Data Integration:- Import data from transactional systems and other data sources into TM1 cubes.-
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.-
- Implement data transformation and loading processes.-
- Cube Management and Maintenance:- Manage TM1 cube security and access rights.-
- Monitor TM1 cube performance and troubleshoot issues.-
- Implement enhancements and updates as needed.-
- Business Reporting and Insights-
- Analysing and interpreting data to drive informed strategic decisions, innovation and increase productivity-
- Development of analytics tools and data visualizations to be used by Finance and the business, including Group Executives-
- Design and management of core suite of reports/dashboards using PowerBI and/or other similar systems.About you

We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 10 years experience working with TM1 cubes in an admin role-
- Ability to work with large and complex data from a variety of sources across numerous database platforms-
- Expert in data integration tools and ETL processes-
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail-
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPivot & PowerQuery knowledge-
- Advanced knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Azure, Business Objects and TM1 and SQL/VBA/ODBC data extraction and manipulation skills-
- Experience with visual reporting tools such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau How we work
