Our Military to Mining initiative connects military veterans with career opportunities at MinRes, working with each individual’s transferrable skills to match them to a role that will lead to a successful and fulfilling career in the Mining industry.

Dedicated support from our Wellbeing and People teams aims to help participants successfully integrate into the business and enjoy a happy, healthy and fulfilling career at MinRes.

Each prospective veteran will receive a one-on-one initial phone screen with the MinRes Talent Team to discuss your background and potential opportunities at MinRes.
