Osborne Park, WA, Australia, 6017 Full Time As an ASX 50 and perennial high performing company, Mineral Resources Limited (MinRes) is an Australian based leader in the performance and delivery of diversified mining services and minerals processing, underpinned by a growing world-class portfolio of mining operations across multiple commodities including iron ore and lithium. **About the role** The Sustainability Specialist role will join a growing sustainability team responsible for driving sustainability strategy and reporting outcomes that deliver value for MinRes Shareholders and the business. - Works closely the sustainability team to deliver company-wide external and internal sustainability reporting and analytics to ensure key monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are achieved. - Actively monitors emerging trends, frameworks, national and international standards, industry benchmarks, third party rating tools, regulatory or legislative changes and issues in the mining sector to help the company maintain competitive advantage and adopt new business opportunities - Enhances business alignment to a wide range of current and emerging sustainability reporting frameworks, principles and schemes including but not limited to GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD, TNFD, GHG Protocol, UN SDGs, UN Global compact. - Supports external sustainability assurance and compliance processes - Builds and maintains comprehensive knowledge of sustainability initiatives conducted across the business - Collaborates with business units to assess sustainability risk and opportunity identification and management - Assists in the delivery of sustainability related questionnaires and requests from key stakeholders **About you** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline - Sustainability reporting and legislative compliance experience - Strong analytical and data management skills - Advanced Microsoft suite essential and experience with PowerBI desirable - Competence in coordinating due diligence audits and reviews preferred - Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills - Relevant mining expertise/sector understanding **What we offer** We offer a range of benefits to our employees including: - Competitive salary - Quarterly bonuses - Access to "MyShare" MinRes Share Plan - Employee discounts and offers - Physical and mental health programs - Salary packaging - World class office including on site gym, café and restaurant - Free parking MinRes is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage applicants who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to apply.
