**What you’ll do
- Manage the day-to-day operations to achieve planned/budgeted KPIs, cost outcomes, safety measures and service levels, adapting to the ever-changing environment
- Lead and manage your team (up to 80 team members) to success across safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance.
- Engage and develop your people using proven leadership strategies.
- Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
- Continually educate and empower your people to work to the highest safety standards
- Drive a culture of Continuous ImprovementManage the day-to-day operations, adapting to the ever-changing environment

**What you’ll bring
- Strong people leadership experience with a proven ability to lead, inspire, engage and recognise your teams achievements
- Demonstrate front line/management experience managing, coaching & mentoring team members
- Strong customer service ethic and understanding of retail operations demands
- Exposure to Unions and dealing with Representatives will be advantageous
- Be safety focused
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms.
- Adaptability & resilience, be an efficient and effective operator and have the ability to deliver in our time-sensitive operating environment to meet our delivery commitments to our customers.Ability to work in a chilled (-2 degrees) environment
