**Your new role**
- Proactively working with stakeholders to develop and run robust performance reports and visualisations.
- Reviewing the digital analytics framework and provide recommendations to improve framework and data integrity.
- Perform data, commercial and statistical analysis to understand customer behaviours, product and proving changes.
- Consolidating data and using sophisticated analytics to acquire insights to drive business improvements in media spend efficiency., retention and customer engagement.
- Understanding customer behaviour using internal & external datasets through analysis, profiling and segmentation

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field, and/or 5+ years relevant experience in digital analytics role.
- Strong data query, data mining and SQL skills.
- Understanding of data driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics and lead management
- Strong problem-solving skills: systematic, analytical thinker with ability to design and implement analytical solutions and deliver actionable business insights
- Highly regarded skills and experiences: Python programming, AWS cloud-based data platform, reporting and visualisation technologies; Behavioural marketing tools (e.g. Mix Panel or Amplitude).
- Strong time management, organisation skills and attention to detail.
