An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Perth based team on an initial 12-month contract. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to a national mining and infrastructure recruitment team to ensure timely recruitment of internal engineering and management roles within the organisation.

Reporting to the Resources Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process for a white-collar workforce i.e. phone screening, interview scheduling, reference checks etc;
- Coordinate and manage external agency relationships
- Creating and managing talent pools
- Assistance with the coordination of graduate recruitment campaigns
- Assisting with weekly and monthly reporting
- Providing general administration support to the Talent Acquisition team

To be successful in this role, you will;
- 2 + years’ experience as a recruitment administrator or resourcer;
- Must be flexible and respond positively to demanding deadlines and priority changes;
- Ideally advanced in the Microsoft office suite (Word, Outlook and Excel in particular);
- Possess excellent communication skills;
- Experience in the resources sector is highly desirable
- Have a strong team focus
- Previous experience with Live Hire will be very well regarded
