Exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition to join a State Government Department

**Officer Talent Acquisition**

**Your new company**
Our client based in East Perth is looking for an Officer Talent Acquisition** **for a temporary period. This is a great opportunity to work within a government department.

**Your new role**
During this role you will be required to:

- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the appropriate go to market strategies, sourcing, attracting, creating, and posting job advertisements, shortlisting, reference checks, hiring and on-boarding
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers
- Provide recruitment and selection advice and coaching
- Participate and actively promote in the organisation’s diversity plan
- Facilitate the employee induction and onboarding experience
- Ensure own safety and health at work and avoid affecting the safety or health of any other person through any act or omission at work
- Other duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in the similar position required but also:

- Previous experience in an HR role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Stakeholder management
