We are looking for a skilled and proactive **Technical Lead** to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is ideal for an experienced associate with hands-on expertise in providing both on-site and remote technical support. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Incident Management: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage IMAC activities and asset disposal.
- VIP Support: Deliver high-touch support to senior executives.
- Break-Fix Support: Diagnose and repair defective equipment.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with network, server, and service desk teams.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to IT security and audit standards.
- Remote Desktop Support: Provide technical assistance remotely.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support end-user training and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to IT service enhancements.
- Rotational Shifts: Participate in 24/7 support coverage as needed.

**To be successful in this role, your skills and experience should include**:

- Proven experience in desktop/laptop support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Windows OS, Networking, Macintosh OS X, Nexthink, Incident Management, ITSM, Remote Desktop Support, Change Lifecycle Management.
- Tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Networking: Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
