Essential:

- Demonstrated evidence of capabilities in Council’s Leadership Blueprint to deliver performance excellence and a values-based culture.
- Highly developed verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills. Proven experience in building strong working relationships with all levels of seniority and demonstration of exceptional customer centricity.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team and supplier partnerships.

- Significant experience of working in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA(AWM) environments in SAP functional consulting and or SAP solution architecture.
- Demonstrated significant experience of successfully managing SAP functional teams including the implementation of industry frameworks (eg ITIL or SAP Activate) and functional analysis and configuration services in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge and experience in contemporary/iterative IT delivery methods such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and the practices, ceremonies and delivery governance associated with these delivery methods.
- Significant experience in end to end SAP project implementations in a process driven environment in the capacity of functional lead/functional analyst/business analyst.
- Demonstrated specialist experience in a functional analysis and configuration role and appropriate industry training and experience for SAP Assets and Works Management with relevant experience in Asset Maintenance (Plant Maintenance, Production Planning) and Fleet operations.

Desirable:

- Demonstrated experience in working in a business function related to the value stream.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant or related discipline
- Business analysis and or business process analysis training and certification in a recognised framework.
- Demonstrated experience and industry training and certifications in SAP module functional analysis and configuration.
- Experience with Click Soft workforce mobility solutions - e.g., Click Mobile and Click Schedule.

**Note**:Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
