**Duties**
- Expertly handle incoming calls and inquiries with finesse, leaving every caller delighted and satisfied.
- Dive into the world of finance as you process payments with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless transactions every time.
- Be the backbone of our team by providing invaluable administration support, keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Take charge of coordinating meeting rooms, fleet vehicles, and maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is in perfect order for seamless operations.
- Exercise your organisational skills by ordering stationery and office supplies, ensuring our team has everything they need to thrive. Plus, showcase your multitasking prowess by covering reception duties when needed.

**Skills and Experience**
**We want you to be successful in your new role This means you’ll have experience in a busy office environment as an Administrator or Coordinator, and**:
- A VETAB accredited certificate in business services (or similar) or equivalent work experience.
- At least 12 months administration experience in a customer facing role.
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to question the pieces that are missing.
- Strong customer service focused with the desire to provide a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
- The ability to balance multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.
- The ability to identify sensitive information and maintain appropriate levels of privacy.
- The ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to the team and contribute to team outcomes.
- Current driver's license is essential
