**About the role**
Reporting to the Accounts Receivables Manager and working closely with the accounts team your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Raising invoices
- Follow up for payments/collections of invoices
- Data base update and management
- Bank processing and associated tasks
- Data processing
- Processing refunds
- Accounts audit and reconciliation
- Accounts receivable reporting
- Liaise with clients, internal staff and financial institutions

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in accounts receivable role
- Previous experience working in building and construction industry within accounts receivable role is highly advantageous
- Experience in high volume invoice processing
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft software
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines
- High ability to take ownership of the process and your role responsibilities
- A strong team player as you work within a large functional team
