We are seeking a reliable, personable, proactive, and impeccably presented Onsite Concierge to be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for residents of our prestigious luxury apartment complex. In this highly service-oriented role, you will help deliver a seamless, hotel-style living experience by assisting residents, coordinating services, and maintaining the overall elegance and efficiency of our building operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Provide assistance with bookings (facilities, amenities, deliveries etc.)
- Receive and manage parcels, dry cleaning, and resident deliveries
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and contractor access
- Respond promptly to resident enquiries and service requests
- Liaise with building management, cleaners, and security as needed
- Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Assist in maintaining access control and visitor logs
- Support community engagement and resident satisfaction initiatives

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role (high end concierge, luxury hotel front desk, personal or executive assistant)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure

**Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, with some weekend or evening coverage as required.
