About the role

As a Supply Planner at Elders, you will be responsible for working with key business stakeholders in obtaining and implementing clear network supply requirements to fulfil the demand plans of Elder’s Rural Products business. This role would suit someone with demonstrated experience in Supply Planning, particularly with experience in creating and driving new processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Supply plans for suppliers based on Demand and Inventory positions
- Assessing the financial structure and inventory storage capabilities of the business.
- Counting and tracking inventory across multiple locations.
- Anticipating stock demands based on current and future business functions.
- Analysing and anticipating market trends for the best time to purchase inventory.
- Analyse supply planning and inventory management processes in order to identify potential improvements.
- Provide input into operational processes related to rural products employees.

About you
- At least 3 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or agricultural input environment.
- Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
- Advanced mathematical and analytical skills with statistical analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Agricultural or related industry experience desirable.
- Advanced Excel skills; PowerBI also advantageous
- Solid financial acumen
