Join a multinational manufacturing business as their Demand & Supply Planner in their team in Western Sydney, gaining a permanent role in a growing business with the opportunity for an immediate start.

**Your new role**

In your new role as Demand & Supply planner, your key responsibilities will include:

- Management of the demand forecast for assigned product portfolios across multiple time horizons, utilising historical sales data, and collaborating with commercial teams.
- Continued evaluation of forecast accuracy, working with cross-functional business units to optimise the demand planning process and anticipate shifts in demand.
- Supporting supply, production, and logistics teams, to ensure production is optimised and service levels are maintained, striving to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a demand/supply planning role, ideally within manufacturing/FMCG.
- Excellent systems skills, with strong ERP experience, data analysis and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to form successful working relationships across business units and with external customers.
