We're looking for a Supply Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Systems & Services team in Moorebank, Sydney.

As a Supply Planner you will:

1. Ensure the efficient and effective supply of products through the process of balancing demand from markets with supply from internal/external suppliers.
2. Have active involvement in the New Product Introduction & Launch (NPDL) and product Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, share and review relevant planning information, and receive supplier commitment.
4. Perform weekly PDCA cycle on FG supplier lead times and responsiveness.
5. Set & maintain supply planning parameters in SAP & drive delivery performance of portfolio with healthy stock levels.
6. Manage MRP as relevant.
7. Check/verify the 12-month rolling intake plan weekly to ensure the right demand signals are passed to manufacturing plants/suppliers.
8. Review the supply plan with suppliers to highlight risks (components shortages, capacity constraints, etc.), and devise mitigation plans.
9. Manage product phase-in/out to ensure availability and minimize inventory obsolescence.
10. Manage inventory levels for assigned product groups across the APAC region with the objective of achieving availability targets.
11. Run continuous improvement projects according to Lean principles to drive Order & Delivery (O&D) performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Experience in an operational environment.
3. Pragmatic and strong analytical skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Query...).
4. Programming skills for dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics, Power Query...).
5. Understanding of Lean principles and practices.
6. Fluent English is mandatory.
7. SAP knowledge.
8. Teamwork.
9. Decision making and problem solving.
