Club Trading Times:
Monday to Wednesday: Closed

Thursday: 12pm - 8pm

Friday: 12pm - 9pm

Saturday: 12pm - 9pm

Sunday: 12pm - 8pm

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform all opening and closing Club tasks.
- Ensuring all front-of-house and operational areas of the Club run seamlessly and are sufficiently staffed.
- Supervising and coordinating a small team within the Club.
- Finding solutions to customer issues and providing direction to staff as required.
- Monitoring compliance with all legislative requirements and Club policies.
- Maintaining high customer service standards at an optimum level.
- Balancing and reconciling safes.
- Conducting stocktakes and ordering stock from suppliers when required.
- Locking and securing the Club premises when required.
- Support all areas of the Club including Bistro, Functions, Bar, gaming, KENO during busy periods of trade.
- One year supervisory experience in clubs, pubs or hotels is essential
- Work experience in Bar, Keno, and Poker Machines.
- Available to work 38 hours per week from Thursday to Sunday (Occassional Wednesday pending Club Trading) is essential
- The initiative and drive to coordinate the team unsupervised.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to solve problems accurately and efficiently.
- A current RSA & RCG competency card (essential).
- A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.

Pay: $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
