**About the Organisation**:
Benchmark Resources Pty Ltd trading as Benchmark College is a registered, domestic training provider of Nationally Recognised Qualifications with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). (RTO Code 90274). We are expanding and have moved into a state-of-art facility located in Penrith, NSW.

**About the role**

We are seeking experienced and qualified trainers (Full-time or Casual) to deliver the SIR40316 - Certificate IV in Retail Management.

**Essential skills and experience**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired) OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (essential) with the appropriate units to satisfy Trainer and Assessor requirements
- Must hold the SIR40316 Certificate III in Retail Management
- Current industry experience in the relevant industry
- Experienced in delivering training and conducting assessments to various student cohorts
- A clear and reportable professional development plan
- Good administration skills including training delivery, transition of superseded qualifications, reporting and schedule management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an RTO
- A Working with Children’s check
- Double COVID-19 vaccination required

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience in working with and training people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Passionate and experience working with and training students that may be unemployed or require additional support
- Good organisation and time management skills
- National Police check
