**About the Venue**

Located at the busy corner of Forrest Highway and Taranto Road, Miami Bakehouse Myalup is a favourite stop for travellers between Perth and the Southwest. Known for our handmade gourmet pies, artisan breads, and award-winning hospitality, our team is renowned for quality, speed, and service.

**Your Impact**

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be instrumental in:

- Leading, supporting, and inspiring a high-performing team
- Managing fast-paced daily operations with excellence
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs - labour/sales goals
- Driving customer satisfaction and handling service issues confidently
- Overseeing stock control, ordering, and cost management

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- 2-3 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail operations
- Proven success achieving business metrics and managing budgets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High energy and the ability to perform under pressure
- Natural leadership with excellent coaching and communication skills
- A hands-on attitude and commitment to team success
