Visage Aesthetics is a luxury beauty clinic that specializes in eyebrow feathering, skin and injectable treatments. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients look and feel their best. We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to lead our team and drive the performance of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and provide treatments in skin and laser therapy.
- Ensure financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment, and labor productivity are achieved.
- Continuously assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic and create action plans to address areas of underperformance.
- Manage and coach team members to achieve and exceed their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labor productivity.
- Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition - Beauty Tailored To You.
- Drive a culture of feedback and continuous performance improvement across the team.
- Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic.
- Drive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day-to-day operations
- Create a safe work culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or preferably an Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science.
- Ideally 1-2 years of minimum experience in team leadership.
- A background in retail, hair and beauty, or service industries is highly regarded.
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets.
- Ability to work with and manage many beauty services
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture.
- High computer literacy.
- Business Qualifications desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Chester Hill, NSW 2162: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
