Our client is a small bookkeeping, located in South Melbourne whose clients range from small to medium family businesses.
This role would be a client-facing role, bookkeeping for a medium sized client portfolio, and providing ongoing business support and advice.
In this role, you may be responsible for:
- Updating practice and client files using XERO for monthly reporting
- Reconciliation
- Preparing and lodging BAS statements
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Superannuation
- Building client relationships and providing on-going support.
- Month end journals including balance day adjustments
- Supporting the direct manager
