One of our major clients seeks to engage an experienced Reliability leader as a key member of the Manufacturing Team whose primary responsibility is maintaining heavy automated steel forming plant.

This position requires working with the manager and maintenance team as part of a production team which includes direct employees and contractors.

On the site the client actively promote ZERO HARM as a critical job requirement.

The site is managed using continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring all maintenance KPI's are achieved - namely planning, quality, on time delivery of production machine efficiency etc.
- Using MEX/SAP to support and ensure manufacturing team priorities are met
- Building relationship across production, engineering, and maintenance teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the workplace
- Contribute to identifying and implementing maintenance change initiatives

**Skills required**:

- Significant experience in an automated plant environment
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant experience
- Leadership skills combined with an ability to motivate others in team
- Practical frontline supervision experience
- Strong focus on safety
