As a searcher at SMEVentures, you will embark on the journey to identify, acquire, and subsequently operate a high-potential business as its CEO. As of November '23, two-thirds of search fund acquisitions in Australia have been completed by SMEVentures-backed searchers. With the support of our experienced team, tech-powered sourcing engine, and vast network, SMEVentures searchers are empowered to succeed as future CEOs. **Requirements**: - Once you experience the thrill of running your own business, there's no turning back. You will find it difficult to be satisfied with nearly any other occupation. - The opportunity cost is significant. You must be ready to dedicate the next 7-10 years to this project, a period during which you may have otherwise taken several other jobs or received several promotions, working your way up the corporate ladder. - The upside opportunity is even more significant, both from an economic standpoint and in terms of personal development.
