The Role
The Associate, Operations & Systems will provide coordination support for the Operations function within People & Culture by providing:

- Facilitation of key HR process and data capture, independently working with and engaging stakeholders to facilitate
- HRIS Administration: maintenance of data in the HR system
- Generation of key employee lifecycle documentation, utilizing knowledge of the business and business processes
- Project and administrative input and support

Your Background and Experience
- 2 years' experience working, in a HR environment desirable
- HR system administration experience (experience with Oracle desirable but not prerequisite).
- Experience operating within a highly confidential environment, exercising diplomacy and discretion
- Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Tertiary Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline is desirable, though not essential
- Understanding of HR processes and frameworks
