Raw Fitness Equipment are looking to recruit an Operations Associate based at their Caringbah warehouse. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the inventory and warehouse in Australia, from receiving and organising, to picking and dispatch. In addition, you will support the Customer Service function, helping some of the biggest fitness owners in ANZ meet their fitness equipment needs. This is a diverse role that will enable you to support a range of functions and support the growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all safe work practices including supporting the continuous improvement of safety culture and systems at the site. Champion the continuous improvement of safe work practices in the warehouse.
  • Open and close Warehouse at the start and end of business hours (9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm as preferred)
  • Lead the unpacking of containers in a safe and organised manner – including unload, stock check, and stock storage
  • Own warehouse organisation and general housekeeping, following all rules and guidelines and utilising warehouse systems as designed. Lead periodic stocktakes as required.
  • Own dispatch: Identify orders to send, book transport, pick stock and load trucks. Identifies solutions for challenging loads and optimises transport to reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with CoR and remain educated on CoR requirements
  • Support Customer Service function as needed: respond to customer queries and requests received via email, phone or otherwise, including filtering to Sales team – includes simple quotes and customer support as well as adhoc quote follow up.
  • Comply with the Company's policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in sales practices.

Requirements:

·       A current valid forklift licence for the state of NSW
